The Bauer Pauer Hauer came about through a bit of serendipity.

During one of Roger’s lengthy Sunday bike rides with some members of the Louisville Bicycle Club, one of his buddies mentioned how he ought to pursue a radio show or at least become a regular contributor to one. Low and behold, the very next day a representative from Voice America Business called with an opportunity to become a host of a business radio show on the Internet.

To make a long story short, the Bauer Pauer Hauer was born. During his stint on Voice America Business, Roger frequently interviewed business authors, motivational speakers and all around high performers. Since then, Roger has taken his “act” solo and continues to connect with business leaders all across the country.

About Roger Bauer

A Louisville, KY native, Roger Bauer has been involved in business for most of his life having grown up around a family business. It is this upbringing that led to Roger want to become as well versed in business as possible, and his desire to help other small business owners drove him to start this consulting firm in 2005.

He has worked in several industries including: retail, education, healthcare, technology, sales, logistics, and hospitality.

Roger values honest communication, quick results, teamwork, and low pressure tactics. He enjoys watching Jim Cramer’s Mad Money, bicycling with the Louisville Bicycle Club, and University of Louisville athletics in his spare time. He is also an automobile enthusiast, general sports fanatic, animal lover, and always interested in improving himself.

Roger is a Sullivan University graduate with a BSBA with Emphasis in Computer Science. He achieved a 3.86/4.00 GPA while completing his undergraduate degree and takes great pride in his academic accomplishments.
